Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content available through our Services infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification containing: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (2) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing: (1) identification of the removed material and its former location; (2) a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake; (3) your name, address, and telephone number; (4) consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court; and (5) your physical or electronic signature.
