1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CaseWizard's services, website, or applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CaseWizard, Inc.
2. Description of Services
CaseWizard provides cloud-based legal practice management software, including case management, document management, time tracking, billing, calendar management, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete registration information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify CaseWizard immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Data Privacy & Security
CaseWizard takes the security of your data seriously. All data is encrypted using 256-bit AES encryption both in transit and at rest. We are SOC 2 Type II compliant and maintain comprehensive audit logs. Your data remains your property and we will never sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than providing the Services. 5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to the Services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaseWizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
